By participating in events posted to the Flock platform, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
All members must treat each other with respect and dignity, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, identity, religion, political beliefs, or any other personal characteristics. Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in immediate removal from the group and a permanent ban from future events.
To ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all participants, the following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
Participants acknowledge that attendance and participation in events involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or loss of personal property. By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks and agree that Flock Social Inc. is not responsible for any harm that may occur.
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own well-being and safety at events. If consuming food or beverages, you accept responsibility for any dietary restrictions, allergies, or adverse reactions.

By attending, you grant communities and clubs the right to capture and use photographs, video, and audio recordings of you for promotional and marketing purposes. If you do not want to be in photos or videos, it is your responsibility to tell the host at the event.

All reports will be taken seriously, investigated promptly, and handled with discretion. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for retaliation against those who report violations in good faith.
Flock is committed to providing a safe space where all individuals can participate without fear of harassment, discrimination, or harm. We expect all members to contribute to creating an atmosphere of mutual respect, support, and inclusion.
Event hosts are encouraged to provide information about venue accessibility. If you require specific accommodations, please communicate with the event host in advance. While hosts will make reasonable efforts to accommodate needs, not all venues may be fully accessible.
Ticket refund & transfer policy may be different depending on which community or club is running the event. Please reach out to the community or club hosting the event directly to inquire if you're no longer able to attend.
Events may have age restrictions. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors at all-ages events and ensuring their behavior complies with these terms. Minors under 13 are not permitted to create accounts on the platform.

The severity of consequences will depend on the nature and severity of the violation, with zero tolerance for violence, sexual misconduct, and hate speech.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flock Social Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your participation in events or violation of these terms.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes through the platform or via email.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
